The higher the price of home, the more our system can deliver. But lower priced homes sell fast too for obvious reasons. We are headquartered in Roseville, and we specialize in Roseville, but we also specialize in luxury homes in surrounding areas. One method is a system where we have marketing set up for our own listings in the Greater Sacramento Area, the San Francisco Bay Area and in the Greater Los Angeles Area where many high end and all cash buyers are plentiful. These 3 areas have just under 29 million people between them. There is a migration factor from both of those outside areas to our Sacramento Valley because of our more affordable homes.
